一、亚马逊账号关联的几种情况和申诉逻辑思路

关联的三种申诉思路:

1、坚持“误判”,进行“无罪申诉”。

2、通过申诉,把关联的A店铺激活,然后再激活被关联的B店铺(二审,KYC,刷单,侵权,品牌授权,跟卖等)。

3、提供关联的A店铺和被关联的B店铺不再拥有任何关系的支持性文档(销售契约、购买协议或业务转让协议、合同终止)。

同站点的账号关联,亚马逊检测到你在各账号之间存在交叉销售行为的话,会发邮件警告你自行删除一个账号上的Listing,如果你不警告置之不理,则可能被强行将关联账号全部关闭。具体如下:

1、同站点账号关联,且账号间所售卖产品存在交叉,亚马逊会强制要求你下架新账号的全部Listing。

2、同站点所售卖产品不存在交叉,账号可能继续存活。

3、同一条线,关联账号中的一个被关闭,那么其他几个也难逃厄运,仅仅只是时间问题。

二、关联解法常规两个思路

1、关联的账号是自己手头或者认识的账号,而关联账号因违规封停,该类情况大多是注册资料强关联或者是网络弱关联,最好的处理方案是直接从违规封停账号切入,先解决违规账号的封停问题再解决关联问题,以此方式恢复两个账号的违规状态。

把自己可能产生问题的所有亚马逊账号资料,每个账号相关的资料最好都准备好,以便证明账号都是正常合法的账号。向亚马逊发送第一封申诉邮件,把账号的证明资料提供给亚马逊平台,提供的每一个账号的证明资料都不能相同,否则亚马逊会根据这些资料相同而判定你为多个账号关联。

解开关联账号的封停问题后再处理关联问题,这个思路与关联逻辑有关,关联必定是多个店铺因某些关联因素被检测,后其中又有至少一个店铺封停,才会导致所有店铺连带封停,所以反推,将关联到的违规异常店铺解开再申诉关联是理想方案,此类方案一般应用于关联到手头账号的情况,或者能够联系出售账号的法人。

2、亚马逊账号关联的账号是自己不认识的账号,如果对绩效通知邮件上写明的关联账号完全不认识,确定完全不相关,一般而言有两种可能,一是账号是直接买入,账号绑定的相关注册信息又被法人重复注册了其他账号,而重复注册的账号违规封停,导致你的账号也被连带封停,二是真实资料自注册,该类情况通常为比较小概率的误判关联,相对而言通过率也比较高,但建议查询一下关联因素进行确认。

直接申诉关联,以误判角度阐述关联因素,摆脱关联判定,此类方案一般应用于误判关联或者关联到不认识的账号,但具体方案与你的关联因素直接相关(注册资料、IP、品牌授权等),不同关联触发因素处理思路与申诉材料完全不同。发送完第一个邮件之后,开始检测你可能被判定为账号关联的所有账号,并分析关联因素(如前所述)。以免以后继续跳坑。亚马逊平台会在收到你的申诉邮件后,发送第二封邮件,也许账号已经通过审核可以解封,也许还需要提供进一步的要求,这里一般会提供一些账号或店铺的整改要求,卖家需要按要求来调整,并发送第二封申诉邮件。

PS“支持性文档可能包括销售契约、购买协议或业务转让协议、合同终止等”没有作用,而且还可能触发虚假撤诉,如果PS文件就能解决关联问题,那这不也算是个难度性问题了。现在的亚马逊账号太宝贵,一旦账号被封损失的不仅仅是资料更多的是时间。

This is our first time to sign up for the Amazon Europe site. We asked our Amazon account Manager why our account was closed. He told us that our account is associated with another account amazon. Before buying(ECS) IP, we can't check what this IP used to do. We are very sorry for this,we will not use this ip operation account in the future. We will re-purchase anew network cable to log in to our account to avoid your concerns.
